2027: It’s Illegal for INEC to Use AI to Vet Election Results – PLAC Boss
The Executive Director of the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC), Mr Clement Nwankwo, has warned that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) cannot lawfully deploy artificial intelligence (AI) to vet election results before their public announcement without clear legal backing.
