How police error sparked Boko Haram insurgency: Ex-Army chief Dambazua reveals
Former Chief of Army Staff and ex-Minister of Interior, Lt.-Gen. Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau (rtd), has attributed the rise of the Boko Haram insurgency to a critical policing error made in 2009.
