Anna Shanalingigwa is a seasoned financial and operations expert in the Development Sector, boasting over 20 years of experience with International and National NGOs. She excels in managing diverse finance and operations teams across various countries, demonstrating proficiency in project and budget development, financial monitoring, and stakeholder liaison. 
 

With expertise in designing and implementing financial systems, Anna is adept at accounting and system implementation, and she offers valuable insights into financial policy development. She has successfully led procurement teams and contributed significantly to organizational processes, emphasizing quality, productivity, and efficiency enhancements. Anna holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy and an MBA, and she is pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration. Additionally, she is a participant in the CEO Apprenticeship Programme and serves on multiple Boards.
 

Anna enjoys traveling, sports, and board games, cherishing her role as a proud mother of three boys and two adopted children.
