Otunba Victor Raydon hails from Aradhe in Isoko North LGA of Delta State. He was born on 13th July, 1964. 

 

He holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Option) from (ATBU), Bauchi; Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Business School Netherlands (BSN) with a distinction; PGD in Civil Engineering from Kaduna Polytechnic; (HND Structural Option) in Civil Engineering from Ibadan Polytechnic, National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo. 

 

He worked briefly with C&C Construction Company as a Site Engineer in charge of NDA cadet accommodation. 

 

He is the Chairman/CEO of Modern Tek’Nik Associates & Resources Ltd (a consulting engineering firm based in Abuja, Delta and Kaduna). 

 

He is a Fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineers(FNSE), Fellow of Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (FNICE), Fellow of Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC).

 

 His wealth of experience as an accomplished professional engineer spans over 30 decades in the field of Civil, Structural. Erosion/Flood Control, EIA (Environmental) and Projects Management. 

 

He was conferred with the most prestigious honourary Doctorate Degree of

 Science(D.Sc.) Honoris Causa in engineering and project management by the European-American University (EAU).

 

 He is the Otunba Atayese of Igbole-Ekiti Kingdom, and Chief Oruogho I of Igbide Kingdom, Isoko. 

 

He loves playing lawn tennis, table tennis and research. He is married to Beatrice and happily blessed with children.
