Ehi Uwaifoh is a graduate of the University of Benin. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in March 1995. He holds an LLM in Oil, Gas and Energy Law, Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen – Scotland, UK. A Postgraduate Certificate, Mechanics of Project Finance from Middlesex University, UK. Presently a doctorate student at the University of America (Energy and Energy Security). He is a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC). Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation (FCTI). Fellow, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK)(FCIArb), (International Arbitration).  He is a consummate legal advisor, litigator, arbitrator and project and infrastructural finance consultant.
He Loves reading and writing. He is prolific golfer and formerly Hon. Secretary, IBB International Golf and Country Club. He is married to Rebecca Ehi-Uwaifoh, and they are blessed with children.
