Efe Faith Awhinawhi has been a successful lawyer, diplomatic counselor, a businessman and presently, a public administrator. He attended University of Benin (LL B (Civil Law) and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (PGDPA {Public Administration.) He holds B.L from Nigerian Law School, Lagos.

 

He is presently an Assistant Director and Head, Legal Review & Regulatory Matters in the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE.) Before his present portfolio,  he has been BPE’s Head of General Administration; Head of Protocol and Passages; Project Manager, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs); and  Secretary, Project Monitoring and Implementation Team (PMET)—an ad-hoc Committee of National Council on Privatisation’s Committee on the Establishment of Federal Government’s Wholesale Development Bank (Development Bank of Nigeria).

 

He is married to Dooshima and together they have Ona, Tobi, O’tega, Amani Ona Jr. and Anaya Tobi Jr.
