Hon. Ibeh Uzoma Chidi is a  technocrat, a  public servant, a leader, and above all, a devoted Christian. 

He hails from Umuduruiheoma, Okoroukwu, Umuozu Ugiri, Isiala Mbano, Imo State. He is married to Larai Uzoma Ibeh and they have four children. 

 Ibeh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Public Administration (1992) from Abia State University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Calabar (2009.)

He has worked with the Centre for Democratic Studies, Abuja; National Orientation Agency; Ministry of Cooperation & Integration in Africa; and the Directorate of Technical Cooperation in Africa, (DTCA).

He joined politics in 2006 and contested for the Imo State House of Assembly election under Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) for the Isiala Mbano State Constituency in 2007. He is currently working with the Bureau of Public Enterprises, Abuja.
