Mr. Ugo Ngene hails from Enugwu-Obe, Obe in Nkanu-west Local Government Area of Enugu State.

He attended Saint Augustine’s Grammar school, Nkwerre in Imo State. He graduated from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu where he obtained his HND in Computer Science and went further to Abubakar Tafawa Belewa University for his PGD in Computer Science.

He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has been involved in management and development of websites using SharePoint and other web authoring tool.

An accomplished ICT expert with strong technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Ngene is an open-minded individual.

He is married to Erinma and they are blessed with two daughters.

He loves football, music and socializes a lot.
